Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager/ Business Development Manager to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities while developing and maintaining customer relationships. This role involves establishing and fostering client relationships from initial outreach to successful closure and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Expand our customer base and drive revenue through new business initiatives
  • Identify market opportunities and introduce new products in line with the company's growth plans
  • Conduct effective demonstrations to key stakeholders in the HR space across various organisational levels, from end users to senior management
  • Customize solutions from a diverse portfolio of products and services to meet client needs
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customer accounts
  • Support clients throughout the entire sales and collections process
  • Work with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction, retention and after-sales support

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships. Fluency in a local dialect is an added advantage.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to navigate complex sales processes
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with a with a sharp attention to detail
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus, but not required
  • Goal orientated with the zeal to make a career in sales
