  • Customer Management - Handle and address walk-in, telephone, email, and WhatsApp, etc. customer queries.
  • Sales Target Achievement - Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge - Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends, with a focus on the commercial kitchen equipment industry, to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing required product and service solutions.
  • Customer Engagement - Initiate contact with potential customers through email, telephone, chat, and other online platforms to generate leads and build a client base.
  • Sales Reporting - Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics, to Branch Manager.
  • Candidate must have at least an SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
  • At least 2~3 Years of working experience in the commercial kitchen equipment, F&B, or food service industry-related field is required for this position.
  • Mandarin Speaker is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good personality, self-motivated & independent.
  • Willing to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Commission Payment based on Individual Sales Targets.
