As our Senior Marketing Executive, your responsibilities include:

1) Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent and resonant brand positioning in all our associated brands and CEO profile across all marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage brand reputation and perception in the market.
  • Manage public relations strategies to elevate the profile of our CEO and the organisations among target audiences.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for awards and recognitions for the CEO and the organisation.

2) Developing and Executing Marketing Strategies:

  • Develop, implement strategies and manage marketing plans tailored to associated brands to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
  • Identify target audiences and devise strategies to effectively reach and engage them through various digital channels, including but not limited to search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Plan, coordinate and organise tasks, overseeing marketing staff and other important elements to ensure positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budget effectively, optimising spending to maximise ROI.

3) Campaign Management:

  • Proactively generate innovative campaign ideas to enhance brand awareness.
  • Lead the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of diverse marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise future strategies.
  • Regular reports detailing campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

4) Market Analysis and Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and consumer behaviors.
  • Utilise data-driven approaches to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead in the market.
  • Monitor industry changes and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Develop reports and presentations highlighting key findings to guide strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years of working experience, with at least 1 year of management experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Always up to date on news, marketing and content trends.
