  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Perform a wide range of tasks and functions with primary areas of focus including maintaining the health of the Epicor environment, dashboard development, and report writing.
  • Responsible for interactively working with business units/ work with users to design, create, develop, modify, and debug BAQ's, dashboards, BPM's, scheduled processes and reports, enhancements and customizations to Epicor and provide day-to-day support to users. Accountable for the implementation of system modifications and expansions.
  • Work with ERP Technical representatives, and other technical support services to help diagnose, fix, and prevent any and all ERP IT issues. Serve as the liaison between the business units and the software vendor's technical support teams to address any issues that cannot be resolved in-house.
  • Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
  • Create documentation including instruction/ user manuals and other reference materials as required.
  • Manage troubleshooting and identify solutions that support business process.
  • Manage user/menu security and company/site/system maintenance/configuration settings in Epicor. Accountable for security at the system level and at the user level.
  • Accountable to implement and support appropriate tools that allow for daily monitoring of systems, timely and appropriate response to alarms, system tuning to maintain / improve performance, maintain the health of Epicor and SQL.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
  • BS in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with an ERP system & SQL server.
  • Experience in application implementation including design, build, test, and deployment.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports, including administration, report design and in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Experience with C# programming language.
  • Familiar with and able to use the Data Migration Tool (DMT).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills / ability to discuss technical objectives to non-technical user community.
  • Team player with good interpersonal/customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Self-starter, ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
