  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Senior System Administrator located in Petaling Jaya. The Senior System Administrator will be responsible for daily system administration tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, network administration, and ensuring smooth operation of the information technology infrastructure.

Qualifications

Patch Management & Patch Automation experience.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience or 9 years of directly applicable experience.

• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware in a networked environment.

• Working in Windows and Non-Windows Server Environment.

• Strong technical knowledge of network and operating systems including: Windows Server, Linux, Windows 7, 8, and 10, Remote Desktop.

• Knowledge on Network Switches and Storage equipment’s operations and how patch is managed across all these devices.

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with little or no assistance.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) / Microsoft

Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

• 7 years of work experience administering Windows Server Environments, Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure.,

O365, Exchange, Email Archiving, File Services, network, security and end user system productivity technology.

• 3 years of configuring VMWare ESX/vCenter 6.5/ 6.7/ 7.0/8.0

• 3 years of experience administering SAN technologies.

• 3 years of experience with providing Tier 3 technical

support to site administrators when integration issues arise.

• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure

• Good written and interpersonal communication skills.

Proactive team player and able to work independently.
