Position Overview:

Logicalis Malaysia is seeking a motivated individual with a passion for technology and the drive to build an incredible career in this industry. The Sales Development Representative will work in collaboration with sales and marketing to nurture leads and turn them into new and returning customers to Logicalis Malaysia.

Accountabilities:

  • Follow up on marketing leads and responders by setting introductory meetings, appointment and run thorough discovery and prospecting efforts.
  • Follow up with both customers and internal sales team.
  • Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts and by creating/executing strategic email and social campaigns
  • Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email
  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross-functional teams
  • Support marketing activities via targeted campaign (Zscaler, MSFT, Cisco, Logicalis Managed Service+LogicMonitor)
  • Maintain a high-level response time SLA (within 24 hours)
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to organize digital and physical initiatives
  • Assist in marketing collateral (microsite, campaign lifecycle dashboard, etc)
  • Maintain CRM data quality
