- Assist the Pastry Chef with the planning and executed of the dessert and menu.
- Assist with the development of new designs and recipes.
- Properly following each recipe to company specifications.
- Measurement and mixing of ingredients.
- Regulation of cooking temperatures.
- Replenishing station as needed.
- Notify Pastry Chef for low inventory items.
- Setting time cycles for products.
- Assist in organizing all areas of the kitchen, maintain deliveries and cleanliness of areas.
- Working knowledge of all pastry assistant functions in the kitchen.
- Station maintenance and cleanliness.
- Follow strict health and hygiene standards.
- Safely and efficiently use kitchen tools and equipment.
- Promote teamwork and interact with employees in a fair and professional manner.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic Knowledge in kitchen and F&B related is preferred.
- Basic English will be an advantage.
- Able to work extra hours and Public Holidays.
