GDP Architects is seeking an experienced Events and Guest Experience Coordinator with 5+ years in event planning and coordination. This role will oversee event operations at our new campus, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Execution: Oversee corporate meetings, client events, and special functions, ensuring seamless logistics and on-site management.
  • Event Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the event calendar, ensuring all timelines and deadlines are met.
  • Facilities & Equipment Management: Coordinate the setup and maintenance of event spaces, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in proper working order.
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and key contacts to ensure timely delivery and setup.
  • Operational Support: Handle event records, schedules, and necessary reports, ensuring smooth operations.
  • F&B Coordination: Oversee food and beverage arrangements for events as needed, coordinating with vendors to ensure service excellence.
  • Internal Communication: Collaborate with teams to ensure event goals align with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event coordination, F&B management, or hospitality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate food and beverage services for events when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Flexibility for evening and weekend events.
