Sales & Client Service

  • Offer extraordinary customer service when attending to any client / prospect client / browser.
  • Follow- on client enquiries and requests, including after sales services, proactively and independently.
  • To attend to client enquiry to propose the right product.
  • To achieve personal and store sales target.
  • To participate in sales events in-house & external venue.
  • To carry out daily showroom tasks as per SOP.
  • Any other tasks as and when required.
  • Develop every sales opportunity that can arise.
  • Perform daily stock take and sales reports.
  • Act as an Ambassador both inside and outside the store, delivering the highest level of service to customers.
  • Plan work/leave schedule and arrange organized workflow.
  • Proactive up achievement of monthly sales objectives
  • Handle VIP clients, offering personalized service to high.NET-worth individuals and ensuring their experience is luxurious and tailored.
  • Implement systems to gather customer feedback and ensure any issues or concerns are resolved promptly.

    Inventory Control

    • Conduct category scans for inventory purposes
    • Assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts
    • Replenishment of display merchandise as required

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary/SPM/O/Diploma level in any field of study.
  • Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or other languages.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity from the retail or service industry preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion
  • Customer service oriented and driven in sales.
  • Inquisitive mindset with the ability to engage.
