Responsibilities:
• Support the team in conceptualizing solutions and conducting research on leading practices and innovative approaches.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and managing user requirements to help recommend solutions to clients.
• Participate in workshops and presentations to various client stakeholders.
• Assist in documenting user requirements, preparing functional requirement documents, developing test scripts, and creating user guides and training materials.
• Support functional testing to ensure system alignment with client requirements.
• Work with the team to ensure functional requirements are accurately developed into the application.
• Contribute to research and development on industry-leading practices to improve performance and productivity.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and think creatively.
• Detail-oriented, passionate about learning, and committed to self-improvement.
• Adaptable and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
• Interest in the Financial industry (e.g., Credit Management, Insurance, Internet Banking products and services) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a bonus.
• Willingness to learn and accept challenges in a fast-paced environment
