Job Summary

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems and enhance our products. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
  • Implement and maintain robust AI systems and applications.
  • Conduct experiments to validate model performance and iterate based on results.
  • Optimize existing algorithms for performance and scalability.
  • Stay current with AI research and advancements, applying relevant techniques to enhance our capabilities.
  • Document processes, methodologies, and code for future reference and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas).
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
