Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record in driving growth within the plastic food packaging space. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in plastic food packaging
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
