Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Execution:

o Develop and execute deployment plans for modern workplace technologies, including hardware,

software, and network solutions.

o Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines,

and resource requirements.

o Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products

and services.

• Technology Installation & Configuration:

o Install, configure, and integrate hardware components such as computers, printers, and

networking devices.

o Deploy and configure modern workplace software solutions, including productivity tools,

collaboration platforms, and security applications.

o Set up and configure network connections, ensuring seamless integration with existing

infrastructure.

• Testing & Quality Assurance:

o Conduct thorough testing of deployed technologies to ensure functionality, performance, and

compatibility.

o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after deployment to ensure optimal

performance.

o Perform post-deployment monitoring and address any emerging issues promptly.

• User Training & Support:

o Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new

technologies.

o Provide ongoing technical support to end-users, addressing questions and resolving issues as

they arise.

• Documentation & Reporting:

o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of deployment processes, configurations,

and system changes.

o Generate regular reports on deployment status, challenges encountered, and overall

performance.

• Compliance & Security:

o Ensure all deployments comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and security

standards.

o Implement and verify security measures to protect systems and data during deployment.

• Continuous Improvement:

o Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.

o Recommend and implement process enhancements based on lessons learned and best

practices.

• Change Management:

o Plan and manage changes related to technology deployments, including updates and upgrades.

o Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders and end-users to minimize disruption.

• Incident Management:

o Respond to and manage incidents related to technology deployments, including system failures

and outages.

o Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.

Job Profiles

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

(or equivalent work experience).

• Experience: Proven experience in deploying and configuring modern workplace technologies,

with a focus on hardware, software, end user device provisioning, user profile management,

policy baseline and implementation, and networking.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of technology deployment processes, hardware installation,

software configuration, and network setup. Familiarity with modern workplace solutions (e.g.,

Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, Intune, Windows Autopilot) is a plus.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve

complex technical issues.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.

• Deployment Plan Management: Experience in project deployment planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality support and training to end-users.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator

Associate) are advantageous
