Responsibilities
Major responsibilities include the following but not limited to: -
- Analyze social media data and metrics to identify insights and best practices, using the information to optimize content and achieve performance goals.
- Generate, edit, and publish daily content, including original text, images, videos, and infographics, that aligns with FMT's brand and engages our audience effectively.
- Monitor social media trends, user behavior, and consumer insights to stay ahead of the curve and ensure our content remains relevant and appealing.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as editorial and design, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand representation across all social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers promptly and professionally, fostering positive interactions and community engagement.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media tools, features, and trends, incorporating them into our strategies when appropriate.
Requirements:
- In-depth familiarity with various social media platforms and a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey FMT's message on social media.
- Knowledge of Canva, video editing for platforms like Tik-Tok and Instagram, would be advantageous.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging content that sparks conversations and interactions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
