CRM Executive

We're seeking a team of CRM to help us understand and improve our car rental service's bookings and revenue. Your job is to figure out why bookings might be dropping, talk to customers, and suggest ways to make things better.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing Data:
• Look at weekly and monthly booking info.
• Find patterns and share ideas on how to fix any problems.
• Finding Issues:
• Work with other teams to find out what's causing booking and revenue issues.
• Suggest ways we can do things better.
• Talking to Customers:
• Call customers who've stopped booking to find out why.
• Be friendly and write down what customers say.
• Building Relationships:
• Make sure our customers are happy.
• Help them with any questions or problems.
• Find ways to offer them more services.
• Reporting Data:
• Make reports that show what we've found and suggest ways to improve.
• Share your ideas with the team.
• Teamwork:
• Work closely with other teams like marketing and customer service.
• Share feedback to help us get better.

Requirements:

• Some college background or experience related to the job.
• Good at looking at data and figuring things out.
• Friendly and good at talking to people.
• Can work well with a team.
• If you've worked with customers or in a call center, that's a plus.
• Know your way around Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
