We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Carpenter to join our team and lead the carpentry division in delivering top-tier craftsmanship in our projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise a team of carpenters in executing various construction and renovation projects. 2. Interpret architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure precise execution of designs. 3. Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure all carpentry work is completed to the highest standards. 4. Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and work progresses according to schedule. 5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations at all times. 6. Conduct quality control assessments and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement. 7. Source materials and manage carpentry budgets, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable practices. 8. Train and mentor junior carpenters, fostering a culture of craftsmanship and continuous learning.
