Community Operation

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Community Operation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our English-speaking community, ensuring effective communication, and driving engagement through various activities and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the promotion and execution of community-related events, ensuring that our community remains vibrant, informed, and engaged.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Community Management:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of our English-speaking community, ensuring a positive and active environment.
• Engage with community members, answer inquiries, and foster a sense of belonging and connection within the community.

2) Event Promotion and Support:

• Collaborate with other departments to assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of various events, ensuring successful community engagement.
• Act as a liaison between the community and other teams, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring the community stays informed about key events.

3) Community Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan, organize, and execute community events to drive engagement and strengthen community ties.
• Compile feedback, analyze event performance, and provide comprehensive summaries and reports to improve future initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in community operations or event management within the crypto exchange or blockchain project sectors is preferred.
• Strong English language skills, with the ability to use English as a working language.
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and summarizing community activities and events.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated approach to work.
• Familiarity with competitor exchanges or project communities is a plus.
• Experience in community growth strategies and engagement tools.
