Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of full set accounts for Singapore clients.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and other accounting-related tasks.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in tax computations and submissions in accordance with Singapore tax regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, and external stakeholders to maintain smooth and compliant operations.
  • Support the preparation of year-end audits.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB is and advantage.
  • A good understanding of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
