Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced C# Tech Lead to coordinate effectively across regional teams and engage with customers. This role demands strong leadership skills to ensure high-quality delivery from the entire team. You will be responsible for understanding user stories in depth, developing technical execution plans, and guiding the team in implementing solutions

Responsibilities:

• Acts as an expert resource on industry trends and advances in large-scale distributed systems and cloud technologies; develops and drives the development, implementation, and optimal utilization of new tools, technologies, and/or processes to solve ambiguous problems and improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability. Advocates for, and provides guidance on, the adoption of new tools, technologies, and/or processes across organizations.
• Strong client facing skills. Handle diverse situations and changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Exhibits comprehensive expertise in designing distributed systems, understanding the interactions between cloud technology layers and components, the roles of physical network devices, and managing complex dependencies at scale. Responsible for defining optimal configurations for cloud solutions and developing or modifying the code base for infrastructures to enhance reliability, operability, and cost-effectiveness of supported products across the organization.
• Expands end-to-end technical expertise in the architecture, code, features, operations, and comprehensive use scenarios of products to drive continuous improvements in availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and/or performance of products developed and supported across organizations.
• Drives code/design reviews with engineering teams that develop and/or support those products and shares insights, recommendations, and best practices identified via product engineering teams across organizations, including agile practices.

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of professional development experience, proficient in .NET technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, VB.NET, MS-SQL.
• Experienced with high concurrency and distributed technology architecture, proficient in Redis, AKS API, REST services, design patterns, object-oriented concepts, MongoDB, Kafka, Rabbit MQ and other middleware settings, tuning and other technologies.
• Knowledgeable with the application and optimization of SQL Server database
• Rich experience with the application and development of cloud platforms, such as Azure.
• Familiar with DevOps, solid practical experience in large-scale project migration and transformation is preferred.
• Ability to write comprehensive unit test cases.
• Proved strong logical thinking, communication skills, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate in written and oral English and Chinese is a plus.
