  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Promoter Team Leader to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of retail promoters to drive sales, enhance customer service, and effectively represent our client's brand in the marketplace. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and ensuring that our client's promotional efforts are executed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of retail promoters to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and support to encourage professional development
  • Analyze sales data and promotional effectiveness to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends for management review.

Job Type: Full-time
