Responsibilities
  • To assist in handling all conveyancing matters such as preparing sub-sale, loan and other conveyancing files until completion.
  • To assist in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
  • Attending to clients, correspondences, prepare status report and other types of work assigned by the firm / company from time to time.
Requirements
  • Possess Bachelor's Degree of Law (LLB) with a valid Practicing Certificate
  • 1 to 3 PQE in handling sub sale SPA and loan documentations
  • Good verbal communication & strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage time well and ability to meet deadline
  • Attention to detail
  • Willing to learn
  • Possess own transportation
