Maintenance Executive

a)Ensure that all the machinery and equipment is in the good conditions.
b)Responsible to arrange periodic machinery maintenance’s activities.
c)Ensure production equipment and tooling is correctly set at all time.
d)Responsible to help the Plant Manager in solving the machinery and production problems.
e)To assist Plant Manager to arrange and monitor on daily job arrangements and task.
f)Responsible for authority to give confirmation on Maintenance work done.
g)Responsible for carry out the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 documents as preventive maintenance form & breakdown form.
h)To assist Plant Manager on future project and existing & to give fully co-operation to ensure the project work run smoothly.
i)Direct, control and motivate subordinates in all aspects affecting work performance.
j)Ensure subordinates comply with the required procedures works instruction.

k)Responsible to support production to set up machine / equipment to ensure the part , WIP and finished goods meet the specification.
l)Provide technical advice and guidance to the production personnel to achieve cost, productivity and quality requirement.

m)To advise and establish process methods for production to achieve optimization of resources.

n)To establish the necessary corrective actions against machinery problems.
o)To undertake any other related jobs from time to time as directed by the superior.
p)To assist Plant Manager in prepare Maintenance records.
q)Working in accordance with the documented environmental procedures and instructions, specific responsibilities defined in individual procedures and instructions.
r)Reporting problems or deviations associated with environmental issues and the EMS to the ESH Committee.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
