  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth running.

  • Keeping records & reports up to date.

  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.

  • Maintains inventory records by adding or deleting items as they are issued or received.

  • Verifies, updates, and reconciles inventory information.

  • Manage to use system ERP/ SQL.

Requirement
职位要求:

  • Must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

至少拥有商业管理或同等学历的文凭

  • At least 1 year’ working experience

至少有1年工作经验。

  • Able to speak in Mandarin will be added advantage.

能够说中文者优先

  • Willing to work in Kg. Baru Subang

愿意在巴鲁苏邦(Kg. Baru Subang)工作。
