The Videographer/Photographer will capture and create visual content for marketing, advertising, and storytelling. Use creative skills, technical expertise, and artistic vision to produce high-quality videos that effectively communicate the intended message and engage the target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan videos in collaboration with clients, and project managers.
  • Capture high-quality videos using professional equipment, ensuring proper composition, lighting, and framing.
  • Edit and retouch images/videos to enhance quality, consistency, and visual appeal using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, FinalCut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to photography and videography.
  • Manage and organize digital assets, including raw files, edited images/videos, and project archives.
  • Will need to design and keep track of monthly shoot calendar
  • Coordinate logistics for photo/video shoots, and arranging equipment.
  • Collaborate with other creative professionals, such as graphic designers, to ensure visual content aligns with overall brand identity and messaging.
  • Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while delivering exceptional results.
  • Maintain and operate photography/videography equipment, ensuring proper care, maintenance, and functionality.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives by providing visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and managers to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Good in English
  • Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and styles.
  • Interns are also welcome
  • Proficiency in videography techniques, including composition, lighting, exposure, and colors.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital videography equipment, software, and techniques.
  • Excellent editing skills using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong creative vision and aesthetic sense, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency in visual content.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, client preferences, and creative direction.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
