Job Description

As the Operation Lead of MOTOREX Selangor Branch, you're responsible to make sure everything relevant to daily operation go smooth.

(1) Manpower Management

-Hiring Drivers & Riders according to budget to maximize company profit

-Firing Drivers & Riders who is underperformed or unable to work as a team

-Managing Drivers & Riders discipline

(2) Fleet Management

-Managing Fleets for Service & Maintenance, Inspection, etc

(3) Daily Operation Coordination

-Make sure every jobs in Selangor branch are delivered in time

-Coordinate between customers and drivers

-Optimize operation flow from time to time to maximize the delivery efficiency of our daily operation

* Future Prospect: Operation Manager (Countrywide)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
