Job Summary:

The cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions and providing exceptional customer service. The cashier works as part of a team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and answer any questions regarding menu items.
  • Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the point of sale (POS) system.
  • Strictly comply with financial company SOP to ensure accuracy of cash receipts, credit card, and mobile payments to achieve day to day settlement
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and food service area.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and food prep staff to ensure customer orders are fulfilled correctly.
  • Assist with bagging or packaging food items when needed.
  • Cooperate with restaurant support team, participate in implementation of promotional activities and to ensure smooth implementation of activity
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

1)Minimum SPM qualifications

2) Cashier/ customer service experience is preferred.

3) Basic math and computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.

4) Team player

5) Able to work peak periods and overtime arrangements if necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
