  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Full job description

  • Performs general preventive maintenance, corrective repairs of the building and equipment including day-to-day repairs and emergency maintenance.
  • Ensuring proper functioning of electrical equipment.
  • Carry out general repairs work such as electrical, painting, replace tiles, cementing & plastering, toiletry fitting and plumbing.
  • Carry out daily check and maintenance of the building and amenities for issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Check electrical systems of building for optimal functioning.
  • Monitor equipment inventory
  • Keep updated maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied.
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
  • Experience in planning maintenance operations.
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
  • Working knowledge of facilities equipment.
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Technician: 1 year (Required)
