Job Description:
・To process Purchase Order from Customer.
・Liaise with Procurement and Warehouse department to ensure timely deliveries.
・Follow up closely from received order till out for delivery.
・To prepare daily delivery schedule and packing list.
・To prepare Invoice and Delivery Order for daily shipment.
・To follow up or update delivery schedule to customer if any changes date.
・Response to customers enquiries, phone call, request and etc.
・To ensure proper filing of documents / records.
・Communicate important feedback from sales team & customers.
・To prepare report as and when required.
・Other ad-hoc duties as assign.
Requirements:
・ Diploma above in Business Studies / Administration Management
・ 2-3 year(s) of working experience in related field
・ SPM holder with at least 2 years experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
