**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and enhancing brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sales Strategy Development:** Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

- **Market Research:** Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.

- **Lead Generation:** Develop and manage campaigns to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- **Marketing Campaigns:** Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.).

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the product development and customer service teams to ensure alignment on offerings and messaging.

- **Performance Metrics:** Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

- **Content Creation:** Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, PPC, social media).

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).

- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
