  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Office Location: Jaya One, Petaling Jaya (MY) / McKinley, Taguig (PH)

Working Arrangements: Full on-site / Monday-Friday / 9 AM-6 PM

Position: Permanent

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Attracting new clients by overseeing the sales process for the business.
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, face-to-face meetings, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
  • Managing accounts and handling consultants under the account.
  • Ensuring purchase orders, billing, and payments are processed accordingly.
  • Maintaining client activities in the CRM.
  • Keeping accurate details of job orders in the system.
  • Developing rapport with key decision-makers.
  • Handling all sales activities from lead generation, negotiation, to closure within specified accounts.
  • Preparing reports on consultants’ salaries.
  • Performing supporting tasks within the sales team.
  • Preparing proposals, presentation materials, and various sales-related tasks for team members.
  • Managing the preparation of proposals, tenders, presentations, and other sales and marketing materials.
  • Establishing corporate relationships with key decision-makers at various organizational levels.
  • Leading interactions in a client-facing role.
  • Having a strong understanding of each product line, platform, and value proposition.
  • Writing executive summaries and key themes for major pursuits.
  • Coordinating and governing sales activity throughout the sales process, maintaining accurate, up-to-date information in sales database systems.
  • Meeting primary sales KPIs.
  • Performing other sales-related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, or any related programs.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Jaya One, Petaling Jaya / McKinley Taguig.

Preferable Requirements:

  • Experience working with HR or outsourcing companies.
  • Extroverted personality, as meeting clients is part of the KPI.

Salary: up to RM5,000 depending on the experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
