  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our Group Technology Product - Risk team. In this role, you will manage complex requirements and ensure that software solutions align with both business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements.
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, translating their needs into application features.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Facilitate meetings and feedback sessions to refine requirements.
  • Create clear documentation, including user stories and process flows.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose innovative solutions for improvements.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure product development meets business goals and regulatory standards.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6-8 years as a Business Analyst in software development, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science
  • Familiarity with DevOps/Agile delivery models.
  • Experience in Financial Services industry is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM200,000.00 - RM250,000.00 per year
