Job summary

We are seeking an experienced IT & System Support Manager to lead and mentor a team of system support professionals, ensuring timely and high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role includes overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, managing customer support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvements in system processes.

Responsibility

· Lead, manage, and mentor the system support and IT teams, ensuring they provide excellent technical support and meet productivity and service quality standards.

· Develop and implement performance metrics for the support team, conducting regular evaluations and fostering professional development.

· Ensure service KPIs align with ISO9001:2015 guidelines and maintain high service standards to satisfy customers.

· Manage complex customer issues, coordinating technical personnel, and driving resolution until completion.

· Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and other departments to enhance customer experience and improve overall service levels.

· Oversee IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and Endpoint Management, while proposing solutions to improve business processes.

· Ensure proper implementation of information security standards and develop systems to streamline operations.

· Provide pre-sales technical support, assisting sales teams with customer requirements, technical validations, and solution presentations.

· Manage system support budgets, including purchasing, upgrading, and maintaining IT equipment and software, and ensure accurate asset inventory.

Requirement

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 10 years related work experiences and experiences in leading technical teams, mentoring and developing staff skills.

· Have knowledge in programming language especially in SQL with logical thinking and knowledge in Point-of-Sales (POS) is an added advantage.

· Strong managerial and decision-making skills with great interpersonal skills.

· Have project management experiences and proven ability to complete projects with project management methodologies and tools.
