MECHANICAL DRAUGHTSMAN

• Develop detailed mechanical drawings and designs based on engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers to interpret sketches, technical specifications, and other data to generate mechanical designs.
• Prepare technical drawings for mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Ensure all designs and drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers or manufacturing teams and update them for design improvements.
• Maintain and update drawing documentation for future reference.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and manuals.
• Support project teams by providing accurate and detailed drawings for manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure that drawings meet required quality standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to mechanical designs during the production phase.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical drafting, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Skills Required:
• Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
• Familiarity with mechanical standards, part assemblies, and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and project teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage but not required).
• Additional Requirements:
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and produce relevant mechanical designs.
• Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with production teams as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive working attitude.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
