Senior Marketing Manager (Content & Copywriting)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Marketing Manager with a strong competence on digital content and copywriting. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting direct response copy that drives clicks, conversions, and sales. In this role, you will manage a team, including offshore resources, to develop engaging copy for organic social media content, paid ads, landing pages, and other marketing assets, while also overseeing a variety of general marketing tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage content strategy for organic content, paid ads, landing pages, and marketing campaigns
• Able to consistently measure and evaluate good and poor performing content and optimize for better results
• Write and oversee direct response copy to improve CTR and sales performance
• Manage and craft engaging content for EDMs, press releases, and marketing campaigns
• Oversee and manage other marketing projects as needed, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Collaborate with design, performance, and product teams to ensure copy aligns with creative and strategic goals
• Manage and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution
• Oversee general marketing tasks, including campaign management, email marketing (EDMs), and PR efforts
• Provide leadership in setting timelines, managing deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize copy performance to meet KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content strategy, copywriting, and managing marketing campaigns
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage an offshore team
• Expertise in direct response copywriting and performance optimization
• Experience crafting EDMs, press releases, and running marketing campaigns
• Ability to manage a variety of marketing projects and adapt to changing business needs
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent project management skills
