Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Food and Beverage Manager at Attana Hotels & Resorts in Kuala Lumpur. The role is responsible for the overall management of food and beverage operations in the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, product quality, and operational efficiency. This role involves leading a team of non-executive and executive staff, driving business growth, and achieving financial goals. The F&B Manager must have strong leadership, training capabilities, and exceptional business and financial acumen to ensure that all food and beverage outlets operate profitably and in line with international hotel standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in F&B management in a high-end international hotel or restaurant.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing both non-executive and executive team members.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving profitability in F&B operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organization skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and compliance regulations.
  • Experience in large-scale event management and catering services will be an added advantage.
