Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Coach at Bananabro in Petaling Jaya. The Area Coach will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence, coaching and training team members, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Culinary or hospitality degree/certification is beneficial
