About The Role
The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees the accounts payable section by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of invoices and payments. This role involves maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, maintaining a system of purchase orders, receipts, invoices and cheque requests.

About The Role
The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees the accounts payable section by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of invoices and payments. This role involves maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, maintaining a system of purchase orders, receipts, invoices and cheque requests.
What You Will Do
- Ensure all payments are made correctly and with the correct authorization (approved PO), evidence of receipt, invoice or delivery slip
- Prepare journal entry for accrual of invoices received after closing and for goods and services received
- Verify and process Expense Reports and Petty Cash reimbursements ensuring compliance with key controls.
- Maintain alphabetical files by vendor containing complete invoices and backup attached to the cheques for efficient access after payment. All filing is to be kept.

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of working experiences in Accounts Payable
- Experience in resort's accounting is an added advantages
- Must possess an excellent command of English communication skills
