You will lead, plan, and run all phases of project delivery, from inception to delivery with the autonomy to make decisions, manage key stakeholders, and ensure that each project exceeds expectations.
About The Job
- Develop, implement, and review policies, procedures, activities, and instructions as required by the quality management system.
- Liaise and coordinate with authorities and consultants regarding design, engineering, construction, approvals, and operational matters.
- Prepare project budgets and cash flow forecasts to assess project feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop concepts and suitable products for project launches.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on project plans, focusing on technical aspects, innovation, and budget considerations.
- Lead the project team to ensure successful completion while meeting both project and business goals.
- Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or any equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years in property development with experiences in any of the following: high rise, township, or mixed development
- Familiarity in Green Building Index (GBI) standards is a huge plus point
