Job Responsibility

To assist QA Manager in lead, develop, and improve the function of Quality Management system (QMS) and Quality Control (QC)
Lead QC team to carry out daily inspection which include of Incoming, in Process and Finished Goods Quality Control including review annual layout inspection
To assist QA Manager to develop, establish, monitor, and implement the QA Departmental Target Action Plans (TAPs) according to the needs and concerns towards all QA related sections and functional
Developing and implementing quality assurance plans, procedures, and work instruction specific to injection molding processes
To assist QA Manager to monitor product quality performance, take necessary action to meet the set targets/ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Perform root cause analysis for non-conforming issues. Raise IDPR/8DR as appropriate and ensure close follow-up with the process owners for resolving the issues.
To monitor supplier quality to ensure enhance suppliers' performance.
To prepare and review monthly Quality Management Performance to ensure all Customers are delighted through consistent supply of quality parts or products
Provide training to QC inspector on quality control, regulatory requirements and QMS.

Job Requirements

Degree in Science/Engineering/Manufacturing or relevant studies preferred
Min 7 years well working experience in manufacturing, preferably in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Quality Control
Knowledgeable in IATF16949 and ISO9001 requirements.
Proven ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans, deliverables, and resource requirements
Excellent organizational and management skills and outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
