  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver Financial and Regulatory Reporting of Maybank Asset Management Funds to stakeholders so that a sound financial judgment can be achieved.
  • Timely preparation of Annual, Interim and Quarter Reports for submission and review to superior based on the timeline provided and with minimal errors and comments - in accordance with the various guidance and references available.
  • Ensure reporting to SC (daily reporting) is prepared and performed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure statistical returns unit trust and wholesale report to SC is prepared and performed in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of SC & FIMM submission package (including completion of SC checklist for submission to Securities Commission).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holders (Preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields)
  • At least 5 years of experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or related roles within the banking or asset management industry.
  • Knowledge in Financial Accounting & Reporting.
  • Strong skills in using financial software and advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and report preparation.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Professional Skepticism.
