Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design principles, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to translate ideas and concepts into high-quality designs. You will collaborate with our marketing, and operation teams to produce visually appealing materials that enhance our brand and engage our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for a variety of platforms (print, web, social media, etc.)
• Create visual assets such as logos, brochures, advertisements, infographics, and social media posts
• Collaborate with the marketing and operation teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and style across all materials
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final products meet the desired quality standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design work
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output
• Maintain brand consistency through creative direction and visual aesthetics
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality designs
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred
Additional Skills (optional but good to have):
• Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, or motion graphics is a plus
• Experience with HTML/CSS or other coding skills is an advantage
