Key Responsibilities:
- Update the master file with daily cash inflows/outflows, process refunds, and manage client deposit payments.
- Record and report unsuccessful transactions, process payment requests, and maintain accurate records in our internal systems.
- Verify and update records for agent-related fees, ensuring clear documentation and accuracy.
- Ensure all financial documents (payment slips, transaction slips, etc.) are organized and readily available for audits.
- Assist the department with financial or administrative activities as assigned.
