Key Responsibilities:

  1. Update the master file with daily cash inflows/outflows, process refunds, and manage client deposit payments.
  2. Record and report unsuccessful transactions, process payment requests, and maintain accurate records in our internal systems.
  3. Verify and update records for agent-related fees, ensuring clear documentation and accuracy.
  4. Ensure all financial documents (payment slips, transaction slips, etc.) are organized and readily available for audits.
  5. Assist the department with financial or administrative activities as assigned.
