Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outlet Manager at ZUS Coffee in Kuala Terengganu. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the coffee outlet, managing a team of staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, overseeing inventory management, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
