Key Responsibilities:

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure fiscal health and compliance.
  • Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare financial reports and present insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Implement and monitor financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial performance and growth strategies.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Develop and streamline HR processes related to recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture and compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Lead HR analytics initiatives to provide data-driven insights into workforce trends and performance.
  • Foster employee engagement through effective communication and team-building initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, SHRM) preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance and HR operations, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting and HR metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with financial software and HR management systems.
