What would you do?

  • Manage the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market positioning.
  • Create and articulate brand narratives that resonate with target audiences and strengthen product positioning.
  • Manage the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand performance through analytics and consumer insights, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop initiatives that resonate with target audiences, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Strategic Marketing Campaign Development - Lead the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Proven ability to develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including ATL, BTL, B2B, and B2C.
  • Creative Brief Management - Collaborate with various business units to gather and manage creative briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Oversee the creative process, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Guide the development of creative concepts and campaigns, ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity.
  • Copywriting and Content Development - Manage the creation of compelling copy for all marketing materials, including campaigns, website content, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure all content is engaging, on-brand, and effectively communicates key messages.
  • Excellent creative writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with a flair for storytelling and content creation.
  • Online Portal and Website Management - Manage the organisation’s website and other online platforms, ensuring content is regularly updated, user- friendly, and optimised for SEO.
  • Monitor website performance and user experience, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Liaise with third-party web vendors to manage website updates and changes.
  • Event Management - Plan and execute on-ground events that enhance brand positioning.
  • Coordinate event logistics, branding, and messaging to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and executive leadership, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Build and foster relationships with external partners, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify brand presence.
  • Budget Management and Department Planning - Assist in managing the department’s budget planning, submission, and tracking.
  • Skilled in developing corporate marketing proposals and branding reports, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for budget management.
  • Brand Monitoring and Perception - Monitor brand performance, perception, and sentiment through various tools and metrics.
  • Develop actionable insights to enhance brand equity and market positioning.
  • Governance and Compliance Matters Risk and Compliance Oversight
  • Understand and adhere to risk and compliance standards related to brand management and marketing.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing initiatives meet regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with copyright law and compliance regulations related to marketing.
  • Other Responsibilities - Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Division & assist in preparing any materials required by the Head of Division.
