Job Summary

We are seeking a multi-talented Brand Strategist who will be involved with the development of our client-focused marketing strategies and project management. You will be working with different stakeholders both externally and internally, to produce the right content for every project in a timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in project management and marketing to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and present 360 strategic plans to ensure the success of a pitch/client campaign.
  • Create and present internal strategic plans and campaigns to elevate and boost internal brand(s) outreach.
  • Conduct market research and data collection to support the strategy.
  • Perform analysis of brands and its competitors to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Execute & publish deliverables that are required.
  • Manage resources and budget for each project.
  • Monitor progress of campaign to ensure its effectivity.
  • Create reports based on analysis and measurements conducted post-project.
  • Liaise with clients and/or brands to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage and collaborate with external service providers and marketing partners for the projects when required.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to complete any necessary deliverables.
  • Propose solutions to increase effectiveness if performance is seen falling short.
  • Provide consistent updates to stakeholders of the project.
  • Measure and analyse project performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvements that are required.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • At least 2 years PR/Project Management/Digital Marketing experience
  • Good understanding of the media & advertising industry (digital, traditional, radio, billboard, etc)
  • Able to integrate 360 solutions to effectively achieve client’s marketing/social media objectives
  • Extremely meticulous, detail-oriented, and organised
  • Creative and knows how to resonate with the brand’s target audience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and is very resourceful
  • Excellent at tracking performance & data collection
  • Exceptional analytical skills and judgement when dissecting data
  • Great problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Excellent English skills and can perform copywriting if necessary
  • Good comprehension of Malay and Mandarin is a plus!
