Job Scope / Responsibilities :
Perform business system deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization.
Responsible for the acceptance, analysis, handling, and tracking of business system failures.
Manage the CI/CD platform, develop automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsible for network architecture planning, design, implementation, and resolving network-related issues.
Maintain the company's private cloud to ensure its secure and smooth operation.

Requirements :
Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field required
Fluet in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
At least 3 years of IT Support experience in the network industry.
Master the principles, configuration, and parameter tuning of web-related software such as LVS, Nginx, Redis, Zookeeper, MySQL, DNS, etc.
Familiarity with basic networking knowledge and common network protocols, understanding the working principles of TCP/IP, capable of quickly analyzing network failures and optimizing network performance.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Shell, Go
Proficiency in using various monitoring platforms and tools such as ELK, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and their maintenance.
Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Proficient in Windows、 Linux and databases.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
