UX Writer

Join our company as a UX Writer and become a key player in defining the voice of our recruiting software. In this role, you’ll create compelling copy that aligns with our user-centered design principles and our brand’s tone. From product names and tutorials to error messages and landing pages, your writing will guide our users through a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit UX copy for new features, including product names, navigational elements, and error messages
• Create content guidelines for design system components
• Ensure consistency with brand voice across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Customer Success teams to balance user needs with business goals
• Document and maintain copywriting guidelines and style guides

Requirements and skills

• 3+ years of experience in writing UX copy within a user-centric design process.
• Able to write short form text and familiar with writing for mobile apps
• Excellent writing and editing skills in American English.
• Experience with Figma for writing and editing copy.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Independent worker in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, writing for a design system, content strategy, and user research.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
