We are looking for an experienced and passionate Servers/Waiters/Bartenders to join our team! As a bartender at Benang The Second Chapter, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving premium craft cocktails, and ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional night out. Your creativity and flair will be essential in delivering a memorable experience to our high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Mix and serve a variety of craft cocktails, drinks, and beverages.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met.
Keep the bar clean and organized.
Ensure proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
Suggest drink pairings and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Uphold all health and safety regulations behind the bar and on the floor
Requirements:
Prior experience in F&B encouraged.
Ability to work well under pressure in a high-energy environment.
A positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
Must be a Malaysian citizen
