Our client, a reputable Workspace Planner & Construction as well as Office Furniture Manufacturer established in 1995 that has worked towards creating the most effective and functional workspaces for their clients. They have been growing rapidly over the years due to the high market demand and they are currently seeking more passionate Admin Assistants to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their operation and logistics department to provide daily administrative assistance to the respective department.

Responsibilities:

  • Print / Arrange / Check / Filling of Sales Order & DO
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to related Department
  • Assist in coordination activities related to warehouse, deliveries, shipping & logistic activities
  • Need to work closely with delivery inspection/production for shipment arrangement
  • Plan trucking schedule based on delivery dateline by utilized company own trucks
  • Keep documents and records such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports etc.
  • To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior as and when required

Additional Information/ Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level/UEC/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent
  • Preferably candidate with at least 1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too)
  • A good team player and willing to learn
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Familiar with Focus System will be an added advantage
